Our goal is to provide accessible and affordable opportunities to explore a wide range of artistic expressions in a supportive setting. Ready to move past "Auto" mode and take true control of your photos? This hands-on class turns intimidating camera settings into creative freedom. Master shutter speed, aperture, and ISO for perfectly exposed shots. Learn the rules of framing, depth, and perspective—and how to break them. Experiment with natural light and different focal lengths to change your story. Bring your own digital camera (DSLR or mirrorless with manual settings), or use one of our provided Canon Rebel T7s. Photography isn't a sitting sport! Expect to walk up to 1 mile each class as we head out into local parks and streets to practice.
Grab your shoes, fire up your shutter, and let's go make some art!

Focus will be on writing in short bursts trying to rid self of the critic and sharing aloud, encouraging one another and celebrating collective creation. YOU will be the stars, showcasing out loud your best creations from class in Open Mic 11/24.
