For those who want to bring their words to life, Shannon Milliman, Florence poet laureate guides with prompts of place, memory and community to help every individual recognize their inner light and observation skills. Focus will be on writing in short bursts trying to rid self of the critic and sharing aloud, encouraging one another and celebrating collective creation. YOU will be the stars, showcasing out loud your best creations from class in Open Mic 11/24.
